Set up Google Business Profile reporting in Muse
Adzviser retrieves the source data through its MCP reporting tools. Muse uses those results to answer your questions. Connect the source in Adzviser, then authorize Muse to use that connection.

Ask Muse to list your Adzviser workspaces and their sources. Choose the workspace and confirm the selected locations. Request a small report for a known period before expanding the analysis.
The Adzviser reporting connection is read-only. It can retrieve data for analysis; it cannot edit source records or campaigns.
A USEFUL FIRST GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE REPORT
Compare customer actions across locations
Build a report you can check
For the last 30 complete days and the preceding 30 days, return website visits, phone calls and direction requests by location. Request Maps and Search views in a compatible report to add visibility context. Rank locations by the largest absolute change in each action rather than combining all actions into an unexplained score.
Keep actions separate from completed visits and sales
A request for directions is an intent signal, not proof of an in-person visit. A phone interaction is not automatically a qualified lead or completed booking. Use the reported action definitions when describing location performance, and avoid claiming revenue impact from these counts alone.
Choose locations for a profile review
Ask Muse to flag locations with steady visibility but weaker customer actions. Prepare a manual review of their website link, business information and local context. Treat the report as a prioritization aid and verify the profile details before changing them.
Metrics for this report: Website visits; Phone calls; Directions requests; Views on Maps; Views on Search.
Relevant breakdowns: Location ID; Location name.
These are starting fields, not a promise that every combination belongs in one report. Use separate requests for different reporting levels and check the full field catalog for additional coverage.
