Abel Hegyes, Paid Media Manager at LeapXpert, manages paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to support sales teams in North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Before Adzviser, Abel relied on an agency-built Looker dashboard, along with manual CSV exports and Excel reports for QBRs and one-off campaign requests.
Abel first adopted Adzviser at a previous B2B SaaS company. After joining LeapXpert, he chose Adzviser again and rebuilt his Claude-based reporting workflow around it.
Abel now runs a live Claude dashboard that combines HubSpot pipeline data with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads performance in one place.
CPC tracking through Adzviser MCP helped Abel identify an underperforming campaign restructure within two weeks and reverse the decision before performance deteriorated further.
Abel Hegyes is the Paid Media Manager at LeapXpert, an enterprise platform that helps regulated organizations communicate with clients across channels such as WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, and WeChat while meeting strict recordkeeping and compliance requirements.
Through the LeapXpert Communications Platform, organizations can capture and govern client communications while maintaining appropriate security, governance, and data-ownership controls.
As LeapXpert's marketing team generates leads for sales teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, Abel manages paid media performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. He also uses HubSpot pipeline data to connect advertising performance with marketing-qualified leads, sales-qualified leads, and deals.
Abel was already familiar with Adzviser before joining LeapXpert. He had used it for roughly a year at a previous B2B SaaS company. After changing jobs, he chose to bring Adzviser into LeapXpert and rebuild his reporting workflow around it.
Before adopting Adzviser, Abel's team relied on a Looker dashboard that had been created by an outside agency to break down Google Ads performance by campaign.
The dashboard was not fully self-serve. When data was missing, something broke, or Abel needed a new feature, the team had to return to the agency and wait for assistance.
"It was pretty buggy, and we would be missing data, or we would have to go back to the agency to get the data uploaded or add any feature that we wanted."
For anything that was not available in the dashboard, Abel relied on manual reporting. He exported data directly from Google Ads and created spreadsheet-style reports in Excel when leadership needed numbers for a quarterly business review or a campaign manager requested a performance update.
This process made it difficult to maintain a current, flexible view of campaign performance without depending on an outside agency or repeatedly rebuilding reports by hand.
When Abel joined LeapXpert, he reviewed the reporting-tool market again before deciding which platform to adopt.
"I looked around the market for other services. The simplicity, the ease of use, the ease of connection—I didn't see anything else on the market. Pricing-wise, you guys are super competitive too."
Because Abel had already used Adzviser at his previous company, he knew it would be straightforward to connect his advertising accounts and begin working with the data through the Adzviser remote MCP server for Claude.
He also valued how closely the product matched what it promised.
"It did exactly what you guys advertise—which is always hard to find in the SaaS space."
Responsive product support also influenced his decision to use Adzviser again. When Abel requested an Adzviser connector for MNTN, the connected TV advertising platform, the connector was released within weeks rather than months.
For Abel, that responsiveness demonstrated that Adzviser could continue adapting as LeapXpert expanded its paid media strategy.
Abel uses Adzviser MCP to bring data from the Google Ads connector, Meta Ads connector, and LinkedIn Ads connector into a Claude dashboard.
He combines that advertising performance with pipeline information from the Adzviser HubSpot connector, allowing him to analyze paid media and downstream sales outcomes together.
The dashboard includes an executive-level summary showing metrics such as spend, conversions, and impressions. It also provides a campaign-by-campaign view with spend, clicks, click-through rate, and cost per click.
Abel then connects these advertising metrics with downstream HubSpot outcomes, including marketing-qualified leads, sales-qualified leads, and deals associated with each campaign.
It was one of the first reporting tools Abel built after joining LeapXpert. He now uses it regularly to understand which campaigns require optimization and where advertising budgets may need to shift.
"It just wouldn't be possible to have it real time in a dashboard."
Beyond LeapXpert's core advertising platforms, Abel has started using Adzviser's MNTN connector for connected TV campaign data.
He is also experimenting with the Google Ads Transparency Center to review competitor advertisements and creative strategies.
With Adzviser MCP for Claude bringing current advertising data into one conversational environment, Abel can identify campaign problems sooner, make faster optimization decisions, and provide the broader marketing team with a shared view of paid media performance.
Abel can review spend, CPC, conversions, and pipeline results by campaign without waiting for a quarterly reporting cycle.
This replaces much of the manual CSV-export and Excel-reporting process he previously relied on.
At one point, Abel reorganized LeapXpert's global Google Ads campaigns into separate North America, EMEA, and APAC campaign structures.
After monitoring CPC performance through Claude and Adzviser, he found that the new structure was underperforming. He identified the issue within approximately two weeks and reversed the change before performance deteriorated further.
Without access to current campaign-level reporting, the decline could have continued for much longer before becoming visible.
The Claude dashboard gives Abel, campaign managers, and marketing leadership access to the same current performance information.
Rather than relying entirely on one-off spreadsheet reports, the team can review advertising performance and pipeline outcomes through a shared reporting environment.
Abel also points to the speed with which Adzviser released its MNTN connector.
The connector was delivered within weeks of his request, giving LeapXpert a way to incorporate connected TV performance into its reporting workflow without waiting months for vendor support.
"We really wouldn't be able to do it without it."
